Booking requirements

  • Our minimum age requirement is 23 years old. We reserve the right to ask for names, dates of birth and names of all individuals vacationing if the minimum age requirement is in question.

  • A credit card authorization as a security deposit is mandatory with all bookings. This will be held seven (7) days prior to arrival and released after the condos are inspected post departure barring no damages or additional cleaning

  • Minimum stay during summer months is 7-nights (Saturday changeover)

  • Minimum stay all other times of the year is 2-nights.

  • The arrival time is 4:00pm and the departure time is 10:00am. Requests for early arrival / late departure may be available for an additional fee but not during the summer months.

  • Travel insurance may be purchased during the checkout process, if desired.

  • Pets are not permitted in the complex.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside our units or on our decks.

  • Motorcycles, motorcycle, personal watercraft and/or boat trailers and recreational vehicles (RVs) are not permitted in the complex.

  • All guests agree to abide by HOA rules which can be provided.

 

cancellations & refunds

  • 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.

  • 50% refund if cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival.

  • Refund not permitted if reservation is cancelled <15 days prior to arrival

  • Refunds or credit toward future stay considered if situation is deemed as medical necessity, excluding summer months if unit cannot be rented.

 

hurricane policy

  • A pro-rated refund will be available if state of South Carolina or Horry County issues a mandatory evacuation order due to a hurricane (June 1 - Nov 1) for the period that such order may be in effect and refund for any days where unit may not be habitable as a result of hurricane damage.
